Mona’s Obsession: Stepsiblings Who Can’t Stop Sparring

What is Mona’s Obsession about?

Mona cannot stand her stepbrother. He is smug, he leaves a trail of mess wherever he goes, and somehow she is always in the doorway when he is nearby, finding one more reason to needle him. Mona’s Obsession is built on that contradiction: an irritation so constant that it starts to look like attention. The premise hints that all the friction is heading somewhere.

The stepbrother connection is by marriage only, and Candy tags the series Stepsister and Taboo. It is a five-episode watch on Candy Shorts starring Mona Newman, and Candy does not publish episode summaries, so we will not guess how the teasing escalates. If Mona is the draw for you, Mona Newman in Candy Shorts maps her other series.

The fun of the setup is that the two are stuck with each other. A shared household leaves no clean exit from an argument, so every mess, raised eyebrow and sarcastic comment becomes a scene waiting to happen. Mona drives those scenes: she is the one who lingers, the one who provokes, and the one who then acts as if she did nothing.

How do you watch Mona’s Obsession free?

Start with Episode 1, which plays without any sign-up. Episode 2 unlocks when you create a free Candy account. Everything after that costs 12 tokens per episode. The route is the same as for most public Shorts, and how to watch Candy Shorts free has the walkthrough.

Because Mona’s Obsession on Candy AI plays in a regular phone or desktop browser, there is nothing to install. Clips of it on other sites are chopped up or fake, and some are bait for scams, so Candy itself is where to watch. Subtitles are available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese, and the series page has a Chat with the Cast button that opens a conversation with the characters once you have finished.

How many episodes does it have, and what does the full series cost?

Five episodes, with the first two free. Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are 12 tokens each, so the full series costs 36 tokens to finish. A Premium month comes with 100 tokens, which covers the finish and leaves a lot in reserve. Premium’s lowest rate is $3.99 a month, billed yearly, and the pricing and tokens guide has the full comparison. Candy does not publish episode runtimes. Plans renew automatically, so cancel in settings after you finish if one month was all you wanted.

How adult is Mona’s Obsession?

A common question is whether Mona’s Obsession is porn. It is an adult series, and Candy builds Shorts for grown-up viewers; this one sits in the public tier rather than the members-only Spicy tier, so the emphasis is on tension, teasing and suggestion. We will not describe scenes, and all characters are adults.

The clearest sign of the tone is the premise itself: it is about the build-up, not an instant payoff. It will suit you if you like bickering that turns into something else and a heroine who runs the teasing. It suits you less if you want a big plot or an ensemble cast. Our verdict: easy to judge in two free episodes, and cheap to finish at 36 tokens.

What to watch after Mona’s Obsession

• Mona’s Worst Enemy stretches a similar hostility with a stepbrother named David over 15 episodes, and costs 156 tokens to finish.
• My Stepsister Thinks I’m Pathetic stars Mona Newman as an influencer stepsister who needs help holding the camera. Five episodes, 36 tokens.
• British Summer with My Stepbro sends Mona and her stepbrother to spend a summer with an old-money family in Kent. Five episodes, 36 tokens.
• Mona: My Wild Step-Sister is the members-only entry, and it needs Premium from Episode 1.

Our Stepsister series page gathers more of the same. A sensible plan for tonight: watch Episode 1, make the free account for Episode 2, and only spend tokens if the sparring has you hooked.
