That is the setup of One-Night Stand Is My Friend’s Stepmom, and it comes with a house rule that is more of a plea: whatever happens next, he must never hear.

The tension has nothing to do with whether she recognizes you. It lives in closed doors, careful glances and the friend who is somewhere in the building.
