Mila Nowak: Babysitter, Nurse, Maid of Honor and More on Candy Shorts

Who is Mila Nowak on Candy Shorts?

Babysitter, nurse, maid of honor, genie: Mila Nowak is the costume-change specialist of Candy Shorts. She is one of Candy’s own fictional AI characters, an adult, and she recurs across six series, usually as someone whose job or occasion brings her into another person’s life. Every Candy Shorts series with Mila Nowak is public, so Episode 1 plays free with no sign-up.

Candy also lists an alternate title, Mila Nowak: I Couldn’t Say No, which echoes the babysitter story among her six. The catalog swings widely in setting: a car ride, a wedding morning, a sickroom, a virtual world and a lamp.

Mila Nowak’s six series, role by role

• I Couldn’t Say No to Our Babysitter: a cancelled date leaves the Hartleys’ babysitter needing a ride home from the husband, and the drive turns into a test of a married man’s manners.
• Your Girlfriend’s Younger Sister: ten episodes. A younger sister never planned to fall for her sister’s boyfriend, but her late-night journal fills up with jealous glances.
• The Maid of Honor: the bride is sealed in her bedroom by a bad-luck tradition, which gives her younger sister two hours to reach the groom.
• My Wife Hired My Nurse: Jake has both hands out of action, so his wife arranges a home nurse and heads out for the day. Mila is the one who shows up, and the wife never meets her.
• She’s Not Real: a fantasy set in a virtual world where any woman you can imagine is on offer. Mila is the only name on the cast list.
• Your Wish Is My Command: a struggling handyman discovers a lamp in a billionaire’s safe, and the genie inside grows keener each time he refuses a wish. Then the billionaire’s wife catches him holding it.
